Speak to Blitz (at the helicopter crash site) (0/2).Location: Limbco Plaza- Level 2 Hallway Safehouse.Or if you chose to lie about Laura you will have to fight both if you return to the room. (where Laura was found) and receive 25 25. Speak to Laura's brother at the Office on 3 Limburger St. Speak to Laura's brother at the survivor camp (0/1) 10 or less (depending on where you are).Speak to Seahorse at the survivor camp (0/1).Unlocked after completing Social Contact. Scavenge for 4 vials of booze for Seahorse (0/4).Note: There is a Safehouse and a Survivor Merchant in this building.Ĭollect these whenever you wish, but remember that the booze will take up your bag space.
